Hi, I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m a first-generation South Asian Canadian, a cisgender woman, and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep commitment to mental health care that is compassionate and culturally informed. These parts of me shape how I move through the world and how I show up in this work. I hold deep respect for everything you’ve lived through and the emotions that come with it, and I bring that understanding into the space we create together.

I believe in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. Our work together is about helping you reconnect with your own voice, strength, and sense of self.

My Approach & Values

My work is grounded in a client-centred and integrative approach. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with other therapeutic approaches, to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what you need.

I bring a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive lens to therapy. I recognize how identity, culture, and systemic factors can shape your experiences and your relationship with yourself and others. In our work, there is space for all parts of who you are.

  • Respect for your unique story and lived experience

  • Compassionate and collaborative care

  • Cultural responsiveness and systemic awareness

  • A focus on building sustainable, meaningful change

  • Honouring your pace, needs, and goals
