Individual Therapy

A supportive space to explore your relationship with food, body, and self

Individual therapy offers a dedicated, one-on-one space to slow things down and make sense of what’s been feeling difficult. I work with adults who are struggling with eating, body image concerns, or patterns that feel exhausting or hard to shift — often accompanied by anxiety and stress, perfectionism, trauma, or life change.

We begin with your story

In our first session, you tell me what brought you here and what matters the most to you.

Understanding what’s underneath

We explore the patterns and what lies beneath them.

Building something different

We notice shifts, build new ways of being, and you find steadier ground.

Moving forward with clarity

You leave with more understanding and genuine self-compassion.

Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Sessions are a space where you can speak openly — without pressure to explain everything perfectly or move faster than feels right.

Rather than focusing solely on behaviours, we also take time to explore what’s happening beneath the surface: the emotions, needs, relationships, and experiences that have shaped how you relate to food and your body.
